Thank you for choosing to shop with us! Please note that due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns. We kindly encourage you to review all information regarding size, designs, and personalization carefully.

To ensure your satisfaction, mock-ups will be sent for your approval prior to embroidery. You will have 24 hours to approve or request changes to the design. Once the item is stitched, modifications can no longer be made.
